A large scale development comprising 39 luxurious bungalows with a contemporary touch. Taking on the project from Hodson Architects after Planning, Alcester Construction began construction on site on March 2022 as main contractor.
With 7 total house types and variations in materials, sizes and plot scales, the development is set to deliver contemporary new housing to the Lincolnshire area, including 10 affordable housing units.
