A replacement dwelling with ancillary buildings and garage. This was to replace a rundown c1960’s bungalow to provide modern living accommodation for the client.
The dwelling is set within the setting of the Abberton Conservation Area and Abberton Hall listed buildings. The external design and materials were influenced by the local design guide while the interior is contemporary to satisfy both the planners and client’s needs.
